Service

My trash was not emptied. Now What?

Please call our office. If you had your container out on the curb by 6am on your pick-up day, we will send a truck back by your house at no charge. If your container was not out, we will send a truck to empty your can and charge you our “Go Back” fee.

Do you pick up my trash on holidays?

Yes! We provide service on your regularly-scheduled service day 51 weeks a year, so most holidays will not interrupt your service day, “When in doubt, put it out!” Be sure to have your cans out by 6am as our drivers may be around to empty your containers earlier than usual. The only week that is interrupted is Christmas Week. Learn more about this year’s Christmas schedule.

What happens if I have more trash then will fit into my container?

Service is based on a level container (the lids must completely close.) Overfull containers and additional bags will be charged per pick-up. Our trucks have cameras on them to document your extra garbage. If your container is overfull the driver will empty it after taking a picture and add the extra charge to your account.

What do I do if I have a project and will have lots of extra garbage?

We offer temporary 3 and 4-yard bin service. Learn more about Rent-A-Bins. If you are doing a very large project and plan on having more than just a few yards of garbage you can alternatively contact Paso Robles Roll-Off, Inc.
