Winter Weather - Urgent Update

 

Dear valued customers: 

This recent storm has brought a significant amount of rain to our area which has saturated many of the dirt roads, private drives, and turn-arounds that are used by our trucks. To compound the impact of the moisture in the soil one of our primary small collection trucks has been temporarily disabled due to a mechanical failure and our only suitable backup truck is much larger/heavier. In an effort to protect your roads and property we may need to reschedule your pickup for later this week. 

If our drivers feel that it is best to not enter your property or road while we continue to experience this rain event, our office will attempt to contact you to reschedule your service. Also, if you feel that our drivers did not provide service and you were not contacted by our office please call or email so we can ensure you are on our list to service when the weather improves.
